1. Data We Collect

•Identity and contact data: full name, phone number, email, country, city, and customer type (individual/company/government).
•Reservation data: vehicle variant, color, quantity, reservation code, selected payment method, and consent records.
•Support chat: messages you choose to send, team replies and timestamps, and a customer link when confirmed by staff. These are retained to answer your inquiry and follow up. Do not send passwords or payment card details in chat.
•Optional visit analytics: public pages, device type, visit source, a random session identifier and approximate country. The visitor counter processes the IP address temporarily for a local country lookup; it does not retain raw IP addresses or form contents. Only allowlisted campaign labels are retained; private URL parameters are excluded.

•Creating and managing your reservation and issuing reservation codes and receipts.
•Communicating with you about reservation status, payments, and delivery.
•Complying with legal requirements and preventing fraud.
•Improving the platform and user experience through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

•We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
•We may share the minimum necessary data with payment providers to complete transactions, and with logistics providers at delivery.
•When the AI assistant is configured and used, limited conversation excerpts, notes and operational facts may be sent to the model provider to prepare a proposal for staff review. Email and phone patterns are removed first, but personal information written within free text may remain.
•After analytics consent, your browser connects to Google Analytics to measure public-page views, device type and approximate country. Ad personalization is disabled. We do not send form contents, booking details, customer identifiers or private URL parameters. Only allowlisted campaign labels and booking-stage names, without field values, are measured. Google processes the technical connection information needed to receive the visit.
•After separate TikTok advertising consent, the Pixel runs on the homepage and Cruise page to measure page views, vehicle interest and checkout initiation, and improve advertising. TikTok may process your IP address, browser and URL information, and cookie identifiers. We do not pass names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents to the Pixel. Decline or withdraw consent using the Privacy choices section on this page without affecting booking.
•We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent judicial authority.

•HTTPS protects data in transit to the website, and database access is restricted.
•We retain reservation data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter as required by law.
•Access is restricted to authorized staff under role-based permissions, with audit logs for every change.

•Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
•Correct or update inaccurate data.
•Request deletion when the processing purpose has ended (subject to legal retention requirements).
•Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

•We use cookies and local storage for sessions and language preferences. The optional visitor counter starts after consent and retains its records for 30 days. Change your choice using the Privacy choices section on this page. We respect DNT and GPC signals.

•We may update this policy; the latest update date is shown at the top of the page. Current version: v1.5 — September 26, 2026. A consented session is linked to order and payment stages internally for 30 days; customer identity and reservation identifiers are not sent to measurement platforms.
